The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to promote next month's heavyweight fight.
Former twice world title holder Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite these statements, a composed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally known for his dramatics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather attacked ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's largest financial successes, regularly earning massive financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As both boxers participated in the customary face-off, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how surprising this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is actually proceeding.
